One week before Christmas

I must say, I’m feeling pretty good heading into this week. My house needs a deep clean and the gifts are not all bought and I need to get a couple more workouts in, but, I’m feeling relaxed. My family has managed to stay healthy through this recent flu season and I am definitely feeling healthier since working out hard the last couple of months.

This week has been a wonderful time of connection with people that I had no idea have been touched by what I do on this blog. It’s been exciting, and very fulfilling to be able to help people connect with their own healing journey. In the big picture of what I hope to do with my life, I feel like I am really on the right track. Heading into the holidays with this sense of peace and gratitude makes stress about all the tedious errands disappear.

I hope you all are able to find a sense of calm and happiness as you prepare for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully this Friday will be one of renewal and hope for those that need to recharge and find perspective on those many blessings we all have. Forgiveness is a main theme winding through many lives right now and it brings me so much joy to feel that loving energy flow towards those willing to feel it also.

Take some time to breathe and enjoy the moments of connection with the present moment. Find a healthy perspective on the value of the season and remember it’s got nothing to do with the mayhem at the malls. Call someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to. Recognize the opportunities for random acts of kindness. They go a long, long way for everyone this time of year. Take care of yourself so that you can be tuned into the wonderful energy that’s part of this season. What can I say? I’m just a little cheese ball today. <3 20121217-121752.jpg
