I’m Reaching Out and Asking for YOUR Help

Teresa Lynn here. It’s spring in 2017! Where the hell did the time go? I have been riding the roller coaster of fear and excitement as I’ve crept closer to simply jumping into the space of expansion and embracing the next phase of my own healing journey.  As I found myself closer to creating the space to connect with more people who are also on their own journeys of healing, I froze and backed away. I was afraid of failure even with all the support and love that I have.  I allowed those fears to take me away from writing and reaching out of my (un)comfortable bubble.  This winter I ended up more sick than I have ever been in my life.  It took many weeks to recover and my resentment of being so sick took me even farther from my goal of helping others.  I am now better and feeling both my physical health and my joy in connecting with others again.  As spring brings new growth and rebirth, I feel like I too, am rediscovering my passions. IMG_4100

If you’ve been following my journey for any length of time, then you know I’m a Sexual Abuse Survivor. However,  I’ve found a way to overcome the negative effects of my trauma and truly transcend it. I am able to revisit my trauma and not re-traumatize myself. From this place I can help others.   I’ve told my story of abuse and of my healing journey both informally and formally, through my blog, 1-on-1 conversations and live workshops and transformational events, and I’ve been told it’s changed lives….   I’ve helped others to overcome their own negative experiences and move into a space of healing and forgiveness, growth and transcendence.

I’ve been working on my long-awaited program on Healing & Forgiveness… and I’m close to being able to release it into the World in June.

Before I do, if you are also a survivor of sexual abuse,  I have to ask you an important question. Can you help me out?

You can answer the question here (and get a little more detail on the program) at this link: http://bit.ly/HFSurvivorSurvey

If you are inspired to do so, please share this post. Thank you tons. <3  -T
